- Who do I call to book a court?
- You don’t need to. Open the venue on Turfy, pick a free slot, and send a booking request. Our support line is for platform help only — not court reservations.
- Do I pay through Turfy?
- No. Turfy doesn’t take payment for court bookings. Once the venue confirms, you pay them the way they ask — cash, transfer, or whatever they use.
- Do I need an account to book?
- You can browse freely. To request a booking, we verify your WhatsApp so the venue can reach you and you can track the request in your account.
- How do session length and times work?
- Pick how long you want to play, then a start time on a 30-minute grid. We only show courts that are free for the full stretch.
- What happens after I request a booking?
- The venue reviews your request and confirms or updates it. You’ll see the status in your Turfy account — no more chasing chat threads just to know if you’re booked.
- Can I chat with the venue about my booking?
- Yes. Once you send a booking request, you can message the venue directly from your booking page in Turfy — ask about timing, payment, or day-of changes without leaving the app.
- I own a venue — what is Turfy Venue OS?
